Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscaping Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscaping and landscape construction, with the ability to lead a team of crew members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape workers in hardscaping projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
- Execute hardscaping installations including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, fences, artificial grass, xeriscaping, sod, gravel and other landscape features
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise
Experience:
- Experience in hardscaping and landscape construction
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Proficiency in using hardscaping tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor

We service the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Corrales Area.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
