Requirements and Qualifications
Prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess effective verbal and written English communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to initiate care plans, support activities as assigned, create/distribute monthly care plan calendars, and maintain/update all care plans and assessments as required.
