What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coder OP - Affinity Cardiovascular Services (ACG) Full time days position at Grandview Medical Center?
Abstracts clinical information from a variety of medical records, charts and documents and assigns appropriate ICD-10 and/or CPT-4 codes to patient records according to established procedures. Works with coding databases and confirms DRG assignments. High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in coding or medical records using ICD and CPT coding systems. Must be AAPC certified
