Job Title: Radiology Scrub Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Type: Full Time – Monday – Friday NO CALL!!
Job Summary:
Supports both the Cath Lab and Radiology in IR. Assists surgeon during operative procedures by passing instruments, medications, dressings, etc., and often provides retraction assistance. Will conduct assessments and procedures including, but not limited to, angioplasty, nephrostomy, drain placement, and thrombectomy. This role is vital and will have life changing impacts to our patients and our community around us.

About the Job:
- Utilization of a diverse set of tools and supplied which include advanced imaging and the latest interventional technologies
- Set up Surgical trays, inventory, sterile set-up as needed
- This role will also pass instruments, administer medications, dressings, transport patients, assist with vital signs, help turnover rooms, and cleaning the operating theater.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of radiology and be registered as a technologist by the A.R.R.T
- ARRT certification required as well as BLS certification.
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and dedication to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
