What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Grandview Property Management?
Immediate opening for a Maintenance Tech needed for an apartment management company in Beaumont. Technician will be responsible for all apartment maintenance, including, make-ready of vacant apartments, cleaning grounds, repairing items for residents and preventive maintenance. Must have good attention to detail, time management skills and willingness to be a team player. Must have your own reliable transportation, and your own tools. Position is a contract position. Pay DOE.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
