The Marketing Director – Business Development and Marketing Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving marketing innovation, supporting sales initiatives, and amplifying brand visibility. This position is responsible for crafting and executing strategies that engage healthcare audiences, support lead generation, and showcase Grane Rx’s leadership in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy solutions.
Grane Rx, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is a national leader in LTC pharmacy services, providing innovative, patient-focused solutions to healthcare organizations, including PACE programs, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI-driven marketing projects, including automation, content generation, and performance analytics.
- Develop and refine marketing messaging within Outreach.io to align with sales goals.
- Execute email and digital campaigns that engage audiences and generate leads.
- Collaborate with contractors to produce high-quality multimedia content, such as videos, presentations, and graphics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, from digital assets to print collateral.
- Organize and coordinate conference logistics, including speaker engagements, booth setups, sponsorships, and material preparation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Expertise in marketing tools, including AI platforms, Outreach.io, and Pardot (or similar automation software).
- Proficiency in creating compelling content using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and refine marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience planning and managing conference logistics, sponsorships, and promotional efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in LTC or PACE programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced marketing analytics tools.
- Experience working with external vendors and contractors for multimedia projects.
- Knowledge of the LTC pharmacy industry or healthcare services.
