This position is located in the greater Seattle area and works through a hybrid work environment, with a minimum 2 days in the Seattle office.
A few areas a new Learning and Development Business Partner will be responsible for include :
- Partner with HR, Leaders, and Stakeholders to plan a cohesive learning strategy for the organization that bridges gaps between business goals and employee development.
- Design and develop concise, engaging, and effective training materials and lead sessions that enable learners to apply what they have learned into day-to-day workflows to improve job performance (i.e. Leadership Development, Employee Development).
- Develop and deliver technical departmental training curriculum for Claims, Operations, Underwriting.
- Develop and deliver skills-based training across the organization.
- Use a combination of delivery methods for trainings – virtual, in person, asynchronous, etc.
- Track, report, and evaluate training programs for participation and effectiveness; make recommendations for new solutions and to improve existing offerings.
