Title: Personal Lines Underwriting Intern
Location: Columbus, OH
Work Schedule: Full-Time (38.75hrs/week), Hybrid (2 days in office Tuesday & Wednesday and 3 days remote Monday, Thursday & Friday)
Duration: 10 weeks (Mid-June to Mid-August)

Summary: Assist in the development of service and monitoring programs for Personal Lines in support of the department strategy initiatives. Focus areas include targeted profit restoration, trend analysis and re-underwriting action measures and insights.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the personal lines Director and Managers to provide optimal solutions for workflow practices, standards, and distribution.
- Assist with developing management and monitoring reports focused on profitability through specialized analysis that identifies trends in current processes, large losses, and multiple losses.
- Develop current and future state workflow maps as needed.
