A Day in the Life of a Project Manager
Are you excited by seeing a project through from start to finish? Do you love brainstorming new ideas and building strong relationships with contractors while keeping everything on schedule? If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in.
As a Project Manager, you'll :
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, partners, and team members to keep everyone aligned.
- Ensure timely actions and proper documentation for RFIs, submittals, cost changes, and scheduling.
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM, and work closely with our accounting, design, and estimating teams.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor costs, and explore innovative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Lead the project to successful closeout, ensuring a zero-punch list goal and handing over the project with a full, organized closeout package.
- Serve as a Granger brand ambassador, upholding our values of trust, integrity, honesty, and teamwork in all interactions.
