The Role:
- Collaborate on project proposals and estimates, supporting the pre-construction phase.
- Act as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Manage project costs, including reviewing budgets, processing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Champion safety by reporting concerns, implementing corrective actions, and upholding safe work practices.
- Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of project management experience in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines.
