Accounts Payable Manager
Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Manager in our Finance department at our Taylorsville location.
Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of accounting experience prior to the position, superior attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate for this position needs to be proficient in Excel.
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours weekly.
Pay: Salary $65,000 to $70,000 per year
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Accounting, Accounts Payable or equivalent experience preferred

Experience with Sage 100 accounting software

Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
The Accounts Payable Manager's responsibilities include:

Oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment disbursement.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth communication and resolve any payment disputes or issues.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and employee reimbursements.

Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments to avoid late fees and maintain positive vendor relationships.

Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies or vendor inquiries.

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management.
