Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity
Overview
Actively seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our existing multi-specialty medical group specifically in our Sports Medicine/Orthopedic department in Salt Lake City.
Job Summary
The APP is responsible for Sports Medicine specific patient needs, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, sports treatment plans, appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. EMR Chart management performed within eClinicalWorks.

Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate and applicable licensure, education and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Preferred experience: 1-2 years
- Preferred specialties: Sports Medicine/Orthopedic
