Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Director of First Impressions(Front Desk Reception) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain an organized front desk.
- Handle inquiries from customers, clients, or vendors and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records, update customer databases, and process paperwork as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with experience in handling phone systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
