With multiple showrooms and fabrication facilities, we specialize in providing high-quality granite, marble, and quartz products with exceptional service from start to finish. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of templating, fabrication, and installation appointments. This role acts as a central hub between customers, sales, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure a smooth and timely project experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for templates, installations, and service calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding timelines, expectations, and project updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to verify project readiness and relay customer needs.
- Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to optimize routes and reduce delays.
- Monitor daily capacity and reschedule as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and calendar systems.
- Confirm access to job sites and verify all necessary information before dispatch.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction or identify issues.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination (construction or home improvement industry a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and CRM platforms (experience with Moraware is a plus).
- Customer-service mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
