Job Summary:
At Granite Automotive, we are seeking an experienced Porter to join our growing team in Rapid City, South Dakota. The Porter will work closely with our sales and service staff to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience. The Porter will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service to assist in providing a professional and positive impression of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and determine their automotive service needs
• Carefully and safely move vehicles to and from service areas
• Assist technicians in servicing vehicles, including performing fluid levels and minor maintenance, as requested
• Help maintain an orderly and clean shop, including washing customer vehicles
• Stock and organize inventory of automotive parts accordingly
• Keep customer automotive service records up-to-date
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a variety of motor vehicles
• Willingness to complete light automotive maintenance tasks, as needed
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
