Duties
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
- Help with banquet setups and breakdowns during catering events.
- Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
Skills
- Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
