- Establish credit worthiness by gathering credit reports/information/applications.
- Familiar with Bankruptcy, Collections, and Insufficient check procedures.
- Provides customers with their account information and resolves billing/payment disputes by researching account history and scanning documentation that clarifies issues.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting all customer contacts in the spirit of providing friendly, courteous, exceptional service.
- Researching customer credit balances and process customer refunds as appropriate.
- Other duties as required during various financial and banking audits.
