POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant will assist executives in reaching the company's 10-year vision, by working alongside them. Duties will include Support Sales Management, Human Resources Assistance, Marketing Support, Customer Care Assistance, Accounting Support, and Operational Support. To be successful in this role, you will need to have administrative experience, an understanding of management and operations, and demonstrate superb organizational skills.

OBJECTIVES
Help organize and document daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.Monitor sales metrics and report on conversions, closing rates, and follow-up activities.Assist in planning and executing the recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Track and ensure deadlines for hiring and onboarding processes are met.Help plan lead generation targets and assist with budget allocation for marketing platforms.Schedule and attend bi-weekly meetings with marketing partners to review lead performance.Assist in monitoring marketing conversions and executing cost-saving actions.Support with updating marketing content, including ad screens.Monitor incoming calls, track unanswered calls, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.Assist in collecting financial data, tracking collection rates, and ensuring cash flow is monitored.Help with reviewing and requesting corrections for financial reports within set timeframes.Monitor installation timelines and address any delays.Ensure materials are optimized and stock levels are managed efficiently.Assist in implementing quality control systems across departments.Assist in organizing company-wide meetings, including daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings.Help monitor team performance to ensure adherence to roles and responsibilities.Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Participate in KPI analysis and ensure follow-up on any issues or consequences.Organize training sessions for staff and track progress on team development.Assist in performing regular 1 : 1 meetings with team members, ensuring follow-up on tasks and goalsCOMPETENCIES
Organizational and Time Management Skills : The ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.Attention to Detail : A high level of accuracy in tracking sales metrics, financial data, employee onboarding, and operational timelines, ensuring nothing is overlooked.Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating between departments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with external partners.Problem-Solving and Initiative : Proactively identifying areas for improvement, resolving operational issues, and implementing cost-saving or efficiency-enhancing measures.Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using CRM platforms, financial software, and other business tools to monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and ensure smooth operationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma preferred administrative rolesRemodeling / Construction experience is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
