POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in Granite Empire products and convert them into customers, by setting up in-store appointments and assisting the client in the process of getting their countertops done. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase showroom appointments, calling warm leads, qualifying, and helping with selections. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have home improvement sales experience, an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.
