Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries and order follow-ups in both English and Chinese.
- Use computer systems efficiently to process orders, verify data, and manage scheduling.
- Review order details, address any discrepancies, and provide timely feedback.
- Track shipment progress and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in production planning and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
