Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience Painting, cutting in and installing various types of flooring materials. This role requires a strong work ethic, must be on time, trustworthy and reliable. As a Flooring Installer, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Preparing concrete surfaces for epoxy system.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and utilizing necessary equipment.
- Be neat and detailed and able to follow directions as instructed.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting and fitting flooring materials.
- MUST be able to paint with rollers and cut in with a brush neatly and efficiently.
- Execute caulking and buffing tasks to finish installations professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members on remodeling projects as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related trades.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in flooring installation.
- Ability to paint with a roller and cut in with a brush.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and floor care practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
