As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Perform varies jobs such as hydroseeding, installing silt fencing, maintain and clean vehicles.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
- Support equipment operator in various construction or manufacturing activities.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers.
