**Job Summary:**
The primary responsibility of this role is to seek out and engage potential and current customers to develop relationships within the Greater Springfield marketplace. Leverage those relationships to help drive sales and profitability by working with our local branch team to service your customers. This position starts with a salary plus commission program and car allowance. As your business grows, the potential to move to 100% commission is available but not required.
