Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance of equipment in both shop and field environments, including skid steers, excavators, and their implements.
• Begin with basic mechanical repairs, such as replacing belts and blades, with the opportunity to advance to more complex tasks based on performance and learning progress.
• Diagnose and fix a variety of mechanical issues, with a chance to work on electrical systems as well.
• Operate within a variety of work locations, adapting to the diverse challenges presented by each setting.
• Work independently on multiple tasks, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to prioritize workload without constant supervision.

Qualifications:

• A mechanical background or basic knowledge of engines is required.
• Experience or understanding of electrical wiring systems is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and a drive to learn about machinery operation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team when necessary.
