Summary
Our Spray Technicians have the primary responsibility for the application of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to lawns and landscapes, using specialized equipment while adhering to safety protocols and product labels, and maintaining equipment. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on turf and landscape areas to ensure optimal plant health and appearance
- Monitor the health of turf, trees, and plants, making recommendations for treatments
- Safely and efficiently apply products in accordance with all State and Federal regulations
- Attend mandatory field safety training and utilize proper safety equipment
- Properly doucment all applications, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
- Safely operate and maintain pressurized spray equipment, spreaders, tractors, overseeders, and other field equipment
- Ensure all assigned equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers are well-maintained, stored securely, and kept clean
- Report any equipment damage or malfunctions promptly and follow the maintenance schedules
- Adhere to quality control standards, reporting site concerns to your managers
