Landscaping Spray Technician
Location : McLeansville, NC
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN 3-YEAR RECORD REQUIRED
PESTICIDE APPLICATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED
MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscaping Spray Technician to apply chemicals and fertilizers on high-end commercial properties. What You'll Do
Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on turf and landscape areas to ensure optimal health and appearance
Monitor the health of turf, trees, and plants, making recommendations for treatments
Safely and efficiently apply products in accordance with all State and Federal regulations
Attend mandatory field safety training and utilize proper safety equipment
Properly log all applications, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
Safely operate and maintain pressurized spray equipment, spreaders, tractors, overseeders, and other field tools
Ensure all assigned equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers are well-maintained, stored securely, and kept clean
Report any equipment damage or malfunctions promptly and follow the maintenance schedules
Adhere to Quality Control standards, reporting any site conditions to your Crew Leader / Manager
Stay current on industry trends, including products and equipment advancements
Follow all local, state, and federal pesticide application regulations and maintain licensing
Keep safety documentation, including MSDS sheets, up-to-date and organized
Work independently when required, demonstrating initiative and responsibility
What We're Looking For
Experience : 1-2 years in commercial landscaping with specific experience in chemical and fertilizer applications
Skills : Ability to operate spray equipment and other related field tools effectively and safely
Certifications : Pesticide Applicator's License required; valid state driver's license appropriate for vehicle class
Mindset : Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
