What You'll Do
Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on turf and landscape areas to ensure optimal health and appearanceMonitor the health of turf, trees, and plants, making recommendations for treatmentsSafely and efficiently apply products in accordance with all State and Federal regulationsAttend mandatory field safety training and utilize proper safety equipmentProperly log all applications, ensuring compliance with documentation standardsSafely operate and maintain pressurized spray equipment, spreaders, tractors, overseeders, and other field toolsEnsure all assigned equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers are well-maintained, stored securely, and kept cleanReport any equipment damage or malfunctions promptly and follow the maintenance schedulesAdhere to Quality Control standards, reporting any site conditions to your Crew Leader / ManagerMaintain customer satisfaction, ensuring job sites meet or exceed bid specificationsStay current on industry trends, including products and equipment advancementsFollow all local, state, and federal pesticide application regulations and maintain licensingKeep safety documentation, including MSDS sheets, up-to-date and organizedWork independently when required, demonstrating initiative and responsibilityWhat We're Looking For
Experience : 1-2 years in commercial landscaping with specific experience in chemical and fertilizer applicationsSkills : Ability to operate spray equipment and other related field tools effectively and safelyCertifications : Pesticide Applicator's License required; valid state driver's license appropriate for vehicle classMindset : Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervisionWhy Join Granite Hills Group?
