Granite Mountain is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for home improvement, enjoy working with people, and want to help customers find the perfect countertops, flooring, and carpeting for their homes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist Customers – Guide customers through our selection of granite, quartz, flooring, and carpeting, helping them find the perfect fit for their space.
Product Knowledge – Learn and understand the features and benefits of our materials to confidently answer customer questions.
Communicate with Contractors – Serve as the liaison between customers and contractors, ensuring clear communication and a smooth installation process.
Provide Quotes & Process Sales – Help customers with pricing, quotes, and finalizing sales.
Maintain the Showroom – Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Follow Up with Customers – Ensure customer satisfaction by providing updates and support throughout the selection and installation process.
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Ability to learn about home renovation materials (prior sales experience is a plus!)
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Comfortable using a computer for quotes and sales processing
✔ A team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
