Granite Peak RV Resort is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Guest Services Associate to join our team from May until October. As a Part-Time Seasonal Guest Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
- Greeting and checking in guests, providing information about the RV park and surrounding areas
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Cleaning and maintaining the restrooms and other common areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong computers skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $18 per hour
- End-of-season bonus of $1.50 per hour for every hour worked
