Primary Responsibilities :

What You’ll Do :

  • Utilize Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize workflows
  • Manage and enhance business systems and processes for efficiency
  • Provide outstanding customer service , ensuring client needs are met with professionalism
  • Support administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring :

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)

Experience working with business systems, CRM, or databases

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications and Skills :

  • College graduate preferred.
  • Five years of experience as an Administrative & Systems Specialist
  • Efficient and accurate
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced office culture
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges when presented.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and dependable and works well within a team environment.
  • COMPLETE working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications : Word, Excel, Outlook, and all Internet browsers
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Working Conditions & Physical Requirements :

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
  • Occasionally stand / walk, write by hand, use of telephone, lift / carry / push / pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
