Position Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the completion of recurring projects to guide asset and portfolio performance such as: preparation for annual asset plan meetings, production of the quarterly portoflio management reports, semi-annual leasing performance reporting, quarterly financial review, semi-annual disposition review, and quarterly market review.
  • To assist in evaluating the merit of major capital projects and their resulting profitability, significant leasing transactions, and overall performance of strategic initiatives.
  • To provide support in compiling company metrics, capital scenario planning, annual budget review, and different aspects of partnership and lender management.
  • Perform economic and market research to gather pertinent data such as economic forecasts and interest, employment, and occupancy rates as well as complete credit reviews for potential tenants.
  • Special projects to support business objectives including assisting with strategic planning.
  • To assist in analyzing asset performance including annual valuations, benchmark analysis, NER analysis, business plans, quarterly performance reviews and asset planning.
  • To assist in the execution of financing and joint venture transactions including documentation review, management of external parties’ due diligence processes, post-closing abstracting and internal communication, as well as partner reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 years’ experience; commercial real estate preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to independently move throughout the office and consistently and continuously perform essential job functions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

 

Travel Required:

10% travel required
