Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description at Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. The successful candidate will work in a team environment, performing various tasks that support the well-being of our residents.
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Serve and collect food trays and feed residents requiring help.
- Transport residents using a wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk.
- Turn and re-position residents alone or with assistance.
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities

- Monitor and document resident's vital signs
Requirements:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary
