Responsibilities:
- Answer signal lights and provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toiletry.
- Serve and collect food trays, and assist residents with feeding as needed.
- Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk.
- Turn and re-position residents, alone or with assistance.
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
