Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including answering signal lights, assisting with daily living activities, serving and collecting food trays, and transporting residents.
Responsibilities:
- Answer signal lights and provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toiletry
- Serve and collect food trays, and assist residents with feeding as needed
- Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk
- Turn and re-position residents, alone or with assistance
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed
Requirements:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a team setting
