Job Description

Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Monday - Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours / week

Experience : New Graduates accepted; Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : Must-Have :

Completed prescreen
Attached resume and license verification
COVID test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior

Job Description :

Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Assist patients in performing activities of daily living

Document patient progress and adapt goals as necessary

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Ensure required credentialing is completed, including background checks and health screenings
