Common Man Roadside is looking for an IT manager for all their Roadside locations!
This is an in-person position based in Hooksett NH
The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all information technology within the organization. The IT Manager performs various tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various existing systems and networks as well as future technical solutions.
Position Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions
- Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
- Responsible for all IT projects and successful implementation and completion timeline
- General IT Hardware Maintenance to include routine support of network systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system operations, hardware, software and operator problems
- Process access requests and terminations for employee workforce changes
- Provide information and instruction to users on various applications and equipment
- Install hardware and other components such as cables / wiring, monitors, printers, point of sale equipment and other devices
- Maintain an inventory of any backup IT equipment and supplies as well as technology
- Maintaining database support, completing PCI Updates, file recovery, and data back up
