Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing meats to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

- Cut, trim, and prepare cuts of meat according to quality and yield standards
- Operate meat processing equipment including knives, slicers, saws, and grinders
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meats
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to food safety guidelines
Experience:
