*40 HOURS PER WEEK*
Automotive BDC Experience is preferred but not necessary
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable making 100 outbound calls per day
Answer customer inquiries and schedule sales appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Participate in team process development sessions.
Utilize a CRM tracking system with 100% accountability.
This department is located in a brand new office with new equipment. This position is perfect for anyone who has enjoyed working in telephone sales, hospitality, or customer service. Sales appointment setting, hospitality workers and collections agents will succeed in this industry with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. There is a great culture in the office, everyone gets a long and it's an awesome environment to work in every day.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):
- This position will be approximately 39 hours weekly and requires 1-2 closing shifts until 8 pm. This position requires every Saturday ( eventually we will get to a spot where each person has 1 full weekend off a month, though we are not there yet). This position requires 1-2 Sundays per month (occasionally two in a row, occasionally two in a row off)
