Position Overview:
Granny Nannies is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Verification Specialist to join our fast-paced office team. This full-time position is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our caregiver roster and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Interviewing: Screen and interview applicants for caregiver positions.
- Maintaining Records: Keep up-to-date records for all caregivers.
- Orientation: Complete orientation processes for new caregivers.
- Customer Service: Handle calls and inquiries from clients and caregivers.
- Staffing Assistance: Provide support in staffing needs and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with both caregivers and clients.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to develop and implement processes to enhance company operations.
- Previous experience in non-medical, in-home care is a plus, but not required.

- Must pass a drug test and have a clean background check.
