Full-Charge Bookkeeper position is needed for an Emergency Relief Company in Gulfport, Mississippi.
We are seeking an ambitious, hard-working, work-efficient applicant with Full Charge Bookkeeping experience to join our Accounting Admin Team. Applicants job role will be focused on Accounts Receivable as part of the team but will be cross trained in all areas.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Desktop
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems
- Strong communications and professional customer service skills
- Detailed Oriented- self starter
- Strong time management, efficiency and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Proficient in use of computer applications
- Must be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to meet critical business deadlines
- Ability to deploy as a member of deployment team as administrative assistant during disasters and other scenarios.
- Assist with Accounting activities as directed
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Accounting/bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
- Invoice customers and process accounts receivables
- Enter adjusting journal entries
- Experience in sales tax and returns
- Assist in 1099 preparation

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
