Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children in your care.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt curriculum as needed.
- Provide individualized support for children requiring early intervention or additional assistance.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
