Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service in our restaurant, catering events, or hotel banquets.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Help with food handling tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by providing additional assistance as required.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available for use.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
