Operations Team
Operations Team performs various supportive tasks of an organization. They are often seen responding to clients' queries and calls, arranging appointments, answering inquiries within the office, and keeping every transactional record among patients. As well as handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.

Job Description
The Programs Support Specialist schedules patient appointments, greets patients and visitors, answers and directs phone calls, works referrals, checks patients in and out, verifies insurance eligibility and assists in general office duties. The Programs Support Specialist also supports the programs team with prior authorizations, scheduling, and supervision tracking, Individual must also be flexible, organized and must be able to manage a demanding workload with accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Front Office Support
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- Greet and check in patients
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
- Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
- Collect co-pays and payments
- Assists with coverage in all front office areas as needed
