What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Grant Animal Clinic?
We are looking for someone that has at least two years experience as a Client Service Representative in a veterinary setting. The person of interest must have the following skills:
- Empathy and compassion for client and patients
- Communicates well with team members and clients by identifying their needs and wants
- Pleasant phone voice and can communicate effectively with clients
- Must have excellent computer skills (appointment setting experience preferred)
- Must like animals and be willing to handle them when needed
- Possess the ability to interpret patient medical records
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain an effective appointment system
- Prepare client transactions, accept payments using credit card machine and cash register, and be able to explain payment policy to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
