Networking Development: Help clients develop networking skills and connect with professionals in their desired fields to expand their career opportunities.
Labor Market Awareness: Stay informed about labor market trends, industry demands, and emerging job opportunities to better advise clients.
Collaboration: Collaborate with service providers and community organizations to enhance the range of support services available to clients.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes to track effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in career counseling and workforce development.

Event Coordination: Organize and lead hiring events and multi-access point events to showcase job seekers, foster connections with employers, and facilitate direct employment opportunities for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse community.
- Previous experience in career counseling, workforce development, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
