What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardone Enterprises Controller position at Grant Cardone Enterprises?
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership position.
- Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable financial regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with revenue recognition.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with related party transactions and their accounting treatment.
- Excellent grasp of financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, and financial closures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets, and accounting software such as Netsuite.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position based in Aventura, FL, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and additional hours as needed.
