- Base salary Uncapped Commissions As many leads as you can call Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided*

- Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- Monday - Friday 8 : 20AM - 6PM
- Saturdays 8 : 20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
- Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month
- Position Overview : *
- The Inside Sales Specialist position is primarily responsible for following up on warm leads who engage in Elena Cardone’s products and to convert them into customers.
You will reach out to prior and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions.
- Responsibilities : *
- Reaching out to customer database to create interest for the 10X Ladies Empire products.
- Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels.
- Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
- Convert leads into customers.
- Track and report on all leads within the pipeline.
- Qualifications : *
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
