The purpose of the Jr. Ticket Sales Representative role is to manage the redemption process for clients who have purchased a ticket to an upcoming event. In addition, while dealing with existing clients the Jr. Ticket Sales Representative will also create additional ticket sales and upgrades to existing orders. The Jr. Ticket Sales Representative works with the Sales, Finance, and Events teams in order to successfully book clients for upcoming events and confirm their attendance.
This is full-time Monday to Friday 8:20am - 6pm, Saturday 8am -12pm and OT for events on some weekends
Compensation: $18/hour Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities
- New event ticket sales to fill up company events.
- Redemptions of tickets that clients have purchased to multiple events ensuring a high show rate to company events.
- Updating internal systems so we have accurate information about how many tickets have been sold, redeemed, and confirmed to attend.
- Acts as the scheduling contact for a clients after the purchase, and provides expectations of the booking process.
- Keeps accurate data in the CRM on client communication and situations.
- Manages a ticketing email inbox to answer client requests and concerns as quickly as possible.
- Represents the 10X Cardone culture consistently and overdelivers for client needs.
- Learns Grant Cardone’s content in order to inform clients on events and topics that will be taught at Cardone events.
- Sales experience not required.
- Great attitude.

- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs.
- Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot a plus.
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac operating systems.
