About the Role - We're seeking an impactful Sales Training Coach to facilitate Grant Cardone's renowned Cardone University. In this role, you will lead engaging virtual training sessions for businesses and sales teams newly enrolled in Cardone leading University, empowering them to achieve exceptional sales and overall company success through weekly coaching calls.

Responsibilities:
- Train consistently and be a master in the deep understanding of Cardone University content.
- Facilitate training sessions with a variety of businesses and teams on a weekly basis on topics such as sales, communication, confidence, attitude, and massive action.
- Go the extra mile assisting customers in implementing Cardone University solutions.
- Help business owners identify areas of opportunity and enhancement.
- Inspire clients and fellow colleagues in keeping a dynamic and positive environment.
- Create a culture where clients train daily on Cardone University ensuring the modules are well received and taken advantage.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing sales targets, a must.

Pay range and compensation package - $60,000 to $300,000 per year. Note: This is a base salary commission position. There is a high commission structure for this role. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
This is full-time onsite position Monday to Friday 8.20am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
