Position Overview:
CTTI is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This key role will support tax compliance, strategy, and planning for our growing organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, maximize tax efficiencies, and provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage corporate tax filings, including partnership taxable income, tax allocations, and tax estimates for various business entities.
- Review and calculate quarterly withholdings for international investors and stakeholders.
- Advise on income tax planning, estate and gift tax strategies, and potential tax efficiencies for the business.
- Collaborate with the CPA firm to ensure the timely filing of all tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
- Prepare and review individual tax filings for key stakeholders
- Provide strategic tax advice to senior management regarding tax risk mitigation, business transactions, and overall tax strategy.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal teams, including investor relations, to provide tax-related insights.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting taxation and advise on appropriate adjustments to business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business taxation, preferably with Big 4 or a large regional/national accounting firm.
- Experience in tax compliance and consulting
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on corporate taxation and investment tax strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tax preparation software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time in-office position based in Aventura, FL. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional hours as needed.
